Pamela has also received numerous awards including the Top Transaction Award, Broker Owner of the Year for Multiple Offices, and RE/MAX International's highest achievement award, the prestigious "Distinguished Service Award". She also serves on the Advisory Board of Canada for the Children's Miracle Network RE/MAX's official charity that helps over 2 million sick children every year.

Not only does Pamela supervise over 10,000 RE/MAX sales associates she has an active life with her husband and four children.

Pamela's comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry and her strong business skills have focused and directed the RE/MAX regional teams to on-going success.

As Regional Director and Executive Vice President, RE/MAX Ontario-Atlantic Canada, Michael Polzler is responsible for all areas of day-to-day operations including franchise management, membership services, training and development, marketing – including advertising and promotions, and finance.

Michael joined RE/MAX Ontario-Atlantic Canada in 1986. He spent over five years in the United States honing his skills in franchise sales. In 1994, Michael returned to Ontario as head of franchise sales and membership services. Michael was promoted to the position of Regional Director and Executive Vice President in 2000.

In his role as Regional Director and Executive Vice President, Michael works closely with the department heads to strategically position RE/MAX as the country’s leading real estate organization. Under Michael’s guidance and direction, more than 500 agents have been added to the roster over the past two years, bringing the total number of sales associates with RE/MAX Ontario-Atlantic Canada to more than 5,300. The number of independently-owned and operated franchise offices has also increased to 250.

With over 15 years of experience in the industry and a proven record of professional, departmental and organizational accomplishments, Micheal’s wealth of knowledge, intrinsic abilities in innovative strategic planning and effective business management will continue to ensure RE/MAX’ operational excellence.
